Important information for your booking

Check-in/Check-out

• Your room will be available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM onwards
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check-out by no later than 11:00 AM
• Feel free to arrive in the morning  to start enjoying your first day of vacation. You can also add a check-in breakfast for €30.
• On the departure day, you have the option to stay in the SPA area for an additional fee of € 20 per person (children up to 12 years for €10), where you can enjoy an afternoon snack
• A changing room with lockers is available for your convenience.

Cancellation

Please note our booking conditions – cancellations are only possible in writing and will be charged as follows:

• Up to 14 days before arrival 0%
• 13 to 7 days before arrival 50%
• 6 days or less before arrival 80%
• In case of non-arrival or early departure 90%

Payment options

• We prefer to accept your payment in cash. Of course, we also gladly accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EuroCard).
• Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry, as of 2006 (AGBH 2006), apply as part of the booking.

Dogs

Four-legged friends with a shoulder height of up to 30 cm are welcome at the Nesslerhof for an additional fee of €30 per day. They are not allowed in the following room categories: Double Room Bauchgefühl, Family Room Engelsraum. Dogs are also not allowed in the general hotel areas such as the wellness, restaurant, and bar areas.
