Information on the implementation of the European Accessibility Act on the Nesslerhof website
At Nesslerhof, we want everyone to feel welcome—both online and on site. That's why we are working to gradually adapt our website to the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and make digital content as accessible as possible.
Our approach & focus
- Structure & navigation: Clear page logic, understandable headings, consistent user guidance—even for people with motor impairments.
- Screen reader support: Semantically correct HTML, ARIA markup, and understandable link/button labels.
- Forms & error messages: Clear labels, understandable feedback, and help.
- Alternative texts & contrasts: Meaningful alternative image texts, sufficient color contrasts for better readability.
- Keyboard operability: All functions—including menus, forms, and dialog boxes—can be used without a mouse.
- Media: Captions/transcripts where possible, as well as controllable auto-play settings.
Assistive technologies
We recommend the use of common aids and assistive technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, screen readers, operating system zoom, browser reader modes). Our content is prepared in such a way that these tools work as well as possible, regardless of the provider.
Our promise
We regularly review where we can improve and implement improvements step by step. This creates a digital experience that suits our company: natural, clear, inviting.
Feedback & Contact
Are you encountering barriers or do you have any suggestions? Please let us know—your feedback helps us directly. You can reach us by email, phone, or in person on site; all contact details can be found in our legal notice on the website. Upon request, we are also happy to assist you with your booking by phone.
Thank you for your support on the path to an even more inclusive, digital future.
