In the summer months, there are hikes, bike tours, or paragliding adventures on offer, while in winter, there are ice climbing tours, snowshoe hikes, or ski tours in the High Tauern. Fitness hike: Biophilia training contributes to year-round preparation for the hiking and mountaineering season - there are practical tips and exercises to prepare for mountain sports.

Information Mountain Health Program

• Advance registration required!
• Mountain sports activities take place by (almost) any weather.
• The presence of dogs is not allowed out of consideration for the group.
• Price: Participation in the Mountain Health Program is free for Nesslerhof guests (excluding cable car, bus and taxi rides, drinks, equipment, and snacks).
• The appropriate equipment for mountain tours, climbing tours, snowshoe hikes, ski tours, and ice climbing trips can be rented for a fee from sports retailers in Großarl or sometimes directly from the mountain guide.
