With great attention to detail and a passion for fine wines, we have created a very special place at the Nesslerhof: our wine room. A stylish retreat for anyone who wants to celebrate life with a good glass of wine – exclusively for our guests.

A room full of character

Warm wooden surfaces, soft lighting and an atmosphere that tells stories – our walk-in wine cabinet is more than just a storage space. It is the fourth passion of our host Tina Neudegger – alongside her three children. Carefully selected wines from Austria, including Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch from top winemakers, are lined up alongside international rarities and special delicacies from around the world. The focus is on the great Bordeaux wines of the 21^st century, curated with flair and connoisseur's insight.

Tina Neudegger shares her wine expertise with joy and charm – whether in the form of personal recommendations for dinner or individually arranged wine tastings in small groups. Whether as a romantic experience for two or a stylish setting for private celebrations, our wine room is available for personal moments of enjoyment in a special atmosphere at an additional cost of € 60 per person. Together, we immerse ourselves in the world of wine, discover new flavours, learn about terroir and grape varieties – and are guaranteed to find the right wine for every taste.

Right next to the wine room – yet completely separate – our Spirit Bar invites you to enjoy a special kind of evening. An elegant retreat with an open fire, lounge chairs and a bar menu that is both impressive to look at and delicious to taste.

Gästeflüsterer Choice – Cocktails with character

Our bartenders create finely balanced drinks, some of which have been developed especially for the Nesslerhof – they are known as the Gästeflüsterer Choice. Whether it's ‘Gimme Lemon Time’ with Tanqueray No. 10 & lemon thyme syrup, the smoky ‘Getorfte Zirbe’ with Bowmore whisky or the elegant ‘Pornstar Martini’ with champagne – every cocktail is a little work of art.

And non-alcoholic compositions such as the ‘Nogroni’ or ‘Berry Innocent’ are in no way inferior to the alcoholic creations.
