With a great passion for fine wines and a keen eye for detail, we have created a special place at the Nesslerhof: our wine room. A stylish retreat for anyone who wants to celebrate life with a good glass of wine. External guests are also welcome to taste, discover and enjoy in a cosy atmosphere. And best of all: All bottles can be taken home with a 30 % discount on the retail price.

A passion for wine is a matter close to the heart of our host Tina Neudegger and the sommeliers at the hotel. With great sensitivity and a keen connoisseur's eye, they have put together a selection that is both impressive to look at and delicious to taste.

Tina Neudegger's wine cellar comprises over 500 items on the wine list: from Austrian quality wines to natural wines and matured specialities to top Bordeaux wines, fine wines from Burgundy and international highlights from all over the world.

The focus is on the great Bordeaux wines of the 21^st century – carefully curated and served with genuine passion for wine.

Our qualified sommeliers share their wine expertise with genuine enthusiasm – whether in the form of personal recommendations for a refined dinner or individually arranged wine tastings in small groups for € 60 per person. And also for those who prefer alcohol-free drinks: non-alcoholic wines and creative mocktails provide stylish alternatives – without compromising on taste.

Right next to the wine bar – yet completely separate – our The Spirit Bar invites you to enjoy a special kind of evening. An elegant retreat at the Hotel Nesslerhof, with a crackling open fire, cosy lounge chairs and a bar menu full of creative signature cocktails, exquisite spirits and non-alcoholic highlights.

Guest Whisperer Choice – cocktails with character

Our bartenders create finely balanced drinks, some of which have been developed especially for the Nesslerhof – they bear the title Guest Whisperer Choice. Whether it's ‘Gimme Lemon Time’ with Tanqueray No. 10 & lemon thyme syrup, the smoky ‘Getorfte Zirbe’ with Bowmore whisky or the elegant ‘Pornstar Martini’ with champagne – every cocktail is a little work of art.

And non-alcoholic compositions such as the ‘Nogroni’ or ‘Berry Innocent’ are in no way inferior to the alcoholic creations.
