Getting to Grossarl

Regardless of whether you plan to travel to the Nesslerhof by train, car or plane: the excellent infrastructure in and around Grossarl, Austria allows you to reach the Hotel Nesslerhof comfortably and easily from all over the world.

Arriving by car

Many roads lead to a beautiful holiday in Grossarl, Austria. There are various motorways and B-roads that make it easy to get to Grossarl by car. Our exit from the motorway is “Bischofshofen”. From there, passing through St. Johann, take the B-road to Grossarl. At the first roundabout in Grossarl take the first exit towards "Unterberg Mitte" and after 800 meters you'll find our hotel on your right hand side. You can leave your car in our underground car park (€ 5 per day) or our outdoor car park throughout your stay at the Nesslerhof.

All electric car owners can charge their car for FREE at one of our two charging stations in the underground parking. 

Arriving by train

There's also the possibility to arrive climate-friendly by train. The nearest train station is in St. Johann which is about 15 km away from our hotel. From St. Johann we can gladly organize a taxi or you can take the bus (Nr. 540 towards Hüttschlag-Stockham).

Arriving by airplane

Salzburg Airport is located approx. 75 km from Großarl. From there you have the possibility of renting a car or we can organize a taxi for you.
