Onsen Pool, new Rooms & Atelier N

Highlights at the Nesslerhof from summer 2026!

Summer 2026 brings exciting new features to the Nesslerhof – including an onsen pool offering a glimpse of the sky and mountain views, new rooms with a naturally luxurious style, and a restaurant that lives up to its name: Atelier N.

New outdoor onsen pool at the Hotel Nesslerhof: Japanese bathing culture in the Alps

There are moments when you simply let go. The new Onsen outdoor pool in the adults-only area of the Nesslerhof is designed for precisely these moments. With a soothing temperature of 40 to 42 degrees Celsius, it combines Far Eastern bathing culture with the tranquillity and clarity of our mountain landscape.

“Slowly immersing yourself in warm water under the open sky – that’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity for body and mind.”

Inspired by Japanese bathing culture, the Onsen ritual represents something we rarely allow ourselves in everyday life: a conscious slowing down. No distractions, no rush, just the sound of the water, the view of the Alpine landscape and the deep, restorative warmth that feels like a hug.

The classic temperature-change ritual is particularly recommended: first the invigorating plunge into the cold-water pool, then the gentle immersion in the Onsen pool. This alternation strengthens the immune system, stimulates the circulation and noticeably intensifies the overall relaxation experience.

The new Onsen pool adds a further exclusive dimension to the Adults Only area – as a tranquil counterpoint to activity, as a ritual that brings body and mind into harmony.

Onsen Pool

  • Refreshment

The cold-water pool stimulates the circulation and prepares the body for the hot bath.

Der Kaltwasserteich aktiviert den Kreislauf und bereitet den Körper auf das Wärmebad vor.

  • Immersion

Water at a temperature of 40–42 °C envelops the body, relieving tension and stimulating blood circulation.

  • Take a moment

Your eyes open wide. Your thoughts settle. The onsen ritual begins to take effect.

  • Letting Go

Minimalist in design, powerful in effect. A place that asks for nothing more than your presence.

Harmonie

What was previously known as the ‘Engelsraum’ now bears a name that captures its essence even better: ‘Harmonie’. A family room that creates space for shared moments. Designed with an eye for detail and a keen understanding of what families really need.

Spacious in layout and furnished with great attention to detail, it offers a separate sleeping area for the children with a double bed and, in some cases, an additional daybed. Ideal for a sense of security and a place of retreat for the whole family.

Atelier N – Rediscover the two-toque restaurant at the Hotel Nesslerhof

A restaurant that dares to openly embrace its ethos. Atelier N is more than just a new name – it is a philosophy. Craftsmanship, creativity, individuality: these are the values that should be evident in every dish, on every plate, and in every encounter at the table.

With Atelier N, head chef Lukas Dichtl and the Nesslerhof position themselves as hosts who regard culinary experiences with the same care as every other aspect of the stay – as an essential part of a whole that lingers in the memory.

Where cooking becomes a language

The term ‘Atelier’ clearly evokes craftsmanship and individuality. These are precisely the values one associates with a two-toque restaurant, high-quality regional produce and a palpable attention to detail.

Atelier N deliberately sets itself apart from the traditional hotel restaurant. It sees itself as a space for culinary experiences – a place where seasonal and regional ingredients are carefully interpreted without losing their essence.
