The Clarity & Happiness Retreat
Pilates, Breathwork, Journaling & Spa (english)
Retreat with Claire Boom, speaker, nutrition coach and Pilates trainer from Amsterdam.
02. - 05. July 2026
Clarity & Happiness is an experience designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for clarity, in an uplifting way.
Led by integrative nutrition coach, certified breathwork teacher, and Pilates instructor Claire Boom, the experience blends guided breathwork, Pilates, and reflective practices to support both mental clarity and emotional lightness.
Through conscious breathwork, guests are guided into a calmer nervous system and deeper body awareness, creating a sense of safety, presence, and openness. Gentle Pilates helps release physical tension and restore energy, while reflection (journalling) offers space to reflect and reconnect to what our bodies are telling us.
The retreat focuses on ease and enjoyment, allowing clarity, confidence, and happiness to arise naturally when the body is supported. Guests leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves, with simple practices they can return to long after the retreat ends.
*The retreat can only take place if the minimum number of 6 participants is reached.
*The retreat will be held in English.
