Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g frozen blueberries
- 70 g cornstarch
- 50 g vanilla pudding powder
- Butter
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar
Preperation
Mix the frozen blueberries with sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and cornstarch vigorously with a wooden spoon. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry small dumplings of the blueberry mixture. After about 3 minutes, sprinkle with granulated sugar, add another tablespoon of butter, and flip the dumplings. Fry for another 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve with powdered sugar.
