Immerse yourself in a transformative retreat in the Salzburg region, where you will rediscover your mental strength and physical vitality. At the Ice Bathing & Breathwork Retreat with Edith Aigner, breathwork teacher, ice bath coach and mental trainer you will experience how the combination of conscious breathing, targeted cold exposure, and mindful movement strengthens your entire system.

Imagine stepping into 6°C cold water, surrounded by the powerful silence of the mountains. In that moment, you are completely in the present – connected to your inner strength, clear in mind, alert in body. The ice bathing method has a profound effect: it activates the immune system, improves stress resistance, and supports a natural anti-aging process.

In intensive breathing sessions, based on various methods, one is based on Wim Hof method, you will learn to direct your energy and regulate your emotions. In addition, there are daily yoga sessions that mobilize and recharge the body. After three days, you will not only have reached new physical limits, but also gained noticeably more focus, inner peace, and vitality.

This retreat is accompanied by the Nesslerhof spa experience: during the day, you can relax in the 1,800 m² wellness area with heated outdoor pool, saunas, and natural swimming pond—or pamper yourself at Beauty by ness. The cuisine also fits in with the holistic concept: the sophisticated kitchen serves balanced, fresh dishes that nourish body and soul.

The retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to make a conscious fresh start – with a lasting effect on their immune system, mental strength, and inner balance.

*If you want to sit with your partner on an extra table, please inform us during the reservation process. It is just an option to sit together as a group. 

  • CAUTION: If you have high blood pressure or heart or vascular disease, you should not take ice baths. As a general rule, everyone bathes at their own risk. If you have a mild cold, you can participate in all activities, including the breathing session, with the exception of the ice bath.
  • No prior knowledge is required for the retreat!

In her sessions, she mindfully guides participants through deep breathing journeys that release blockages, unleash energy and open up new perspectives.
