Over four transformative days, you’ll immerse yourself in a space of deep inner strength, guided movement and stillness. Surrounded by the snowy mountain landscape of Grossarl, this is your moment to reset – in body, mind and spirit.

Each session is designed with a special focus on women’s health, combining dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, therapeutic movement, and conscious breathing to activate your energy and deepen your awareness.

Between sessions, relax and recharge in the 1,800 m² spa with heated outdoor pool, saunas and tranquil relaxation areas. Enjoy nourishing food from our Raffinesse gourmet kitchen, specially curated to support your body through this soulful journey.

Day 1 | Arrive & relax (04.00 - 05.30 p.m.)

  • Welcome Circle with relaxing breathing exercises (30 min.)
  • Gentle Yin Yoga for deep regeneration (30 min.)
  • Cacao ceremony to end the day

Day 2 | Energy & Regeneration

  • Mornings (7:45–9:15 a.m.): Longevity Breathwork Session—powerful and energizing for an energetic start to the day
  • Afternoons (4:00–5:15 p.m.): Therapeutic Yin Yoga for targeted relaxation of the nervous system

Day 3 | Flow & Balance

  • Mornings (7:45–9:15 a.m.): Stress-release breathwork for a day in flow
  • Afternoons (4:00–5:15 p.m.): Powerful Vinyasa Rocket Flow
  • Day 4 | Integration & Goodbye (7:45 - 9:00 a.m.)

Edith places a special focus on breathwork—a powerful practice in which conscious breathing becomes the key to greater ease, emotional balance, and physical well-being. In her sessions, she mindfully guides participants through deep breathing journeys that release blockages, unleash energy, and open up new perspectives.

Lisa is a certified yoga teacher (200 hours Yoga Alliance + 155 hours of advanced training) from the region and combines professional precision with a deep connection to nature and the body in her practice.

With specializations in yoga adjustments, women's health therapy, and Vinyasa yoga, she creates mindful spaces for movement, relaxation, and feminine balance.
